1. Who we are

1.1 The promoter is Brava Hospitality Group, trading as BOLO (“BOLO”).

2. The Competition

2.1 The title of the competition is the “Win Dinner for Two at BOLO” Competition.

2.2 One winner will receive a BOLO dining voucher worth £150, redeemable against food and drink at BOLO.

2.3 No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except:

(a) employees of BOLO, Brava Hospitality Group or any of its group companies;
(b) anyone professionally connected with the organisation or administration of the Competition; and
(c) close relatives of anyone listed above.

3.2 By entering the Competition, entrants confirm that they are eligible to enter and claim the Prize. BOLO may require proof of age, identity or eligibility.

3.3 BOLO reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, automatically generated or contrary to the spirit of the Competition.

4. How to enter

4.1 To enter the Competition, participants must complete all of the following steps:

• Follow @bolo.by.gennaro on Instagram.

• Like the official Competition post.

• Tag the person they would bring to BOLO in the comments beneath the Competition post.

4.2 Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

4.3 Entries must be submitted before 11:59pm on 25 September 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be included.

4.4 BOLO will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not successfully submitted due to a technical fault.

5. Selecting and contacting the Winner

5.1 One Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing time.

5.2 The Winner will be contacted exclusively via Instagram direct message from @bolo.by.gennaro.

5.3 BOLO will never ask entrants to provide payment or bank details in connection with the Competition.

5.4 The Winner must respond within seven days of being contacted. If the Winner does not respond within this period, BOLO reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and select an alternative Winner at random.

5.5 BOLO’s decision is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

6. The Prize

6.1 The Winner will receive one BOLO dining voucher worth £150, redeemable against food and drink when dining at BOLO.

6.2 The Prize is subject to restaurant and booking availability. Advance booking is recommended.

6.3 Any spend above the £150 voucher value must be paid by the Winner. No change or cash alternative will be provided if the full voucher value is not used.

6.4 The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or an alternative Prize.

6.5 Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18 years or over. Valid photo identification may be required.

6.6 BOLO reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

7. Publicity

7.1 BOLO may ask the Winner to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the Competition. Any participation will be subject to the Winner’s consent.

8. Limitation of liability

8.1 Insofar as permitted by law, BOLO, Brava Hospitality Group and their agents will not be responsible for any loss, damage, personal injury or death arising from participation in the Competition or acceptance of the Prize, except where caused by negligence.

8.2 Entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.

9. Data protection

9.1 Any personal information supplied during the Competition will be used only to administer the Competition, contact the Winner and fulfil the Prize, unless the entrant has separately agreed to receive marketing communications.

9.2 Personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable data-protection legislation and the relevant privacy policy.

10. Instagram

10.1 This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.

10.2 By entering, participants acknowledge that Instagram has no responsibility or liability in connection with the Competition.

11. General

11.1 BOLO reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Competition or these Terms and Conditions where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

11.2 By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

11.3 The Competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

1. Offer Summary
   The first 100 customers can receive one (1) complimentary fresh pasta dish at the new Bolo UK restaurant location, 17 Air St, London, W1B 5AF, on the 2nd October 2026, between 12pm - 3pm. While stocks last.

2. Eligibility
   2.1. Offer valid for individuals aged 18 or over.
   2.2. Offer is only available to those who sign-up to Bolo's UK marketing communications only.
   2.3. Customers must sign up via the official QR code provided from Bolo's UK online channels, or in-restaurant.
   2.4. Offer is only valid with the purchase of a drink.
   2.5 Offer is only valid when you pre-book.
   2.6. Employees of Bolo, its affiliates, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to redeem the offer.

3. How to Redeem
   3.1. Offer available for pre-booked customers only. No walk-in's permitted for the purpose of redeeming this promotion.
   3.2. Customers must complete the marketing sign-up form via the official QR code and receive confirmation of sign-up with a valid code.
   3.3. Customers must purchase at least one (1) drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) per free pasta redeemed.
   3.4. One (1) free fresh pasta dish per eligible customer only. While stocks last.
   3.5. The offer must be redeemed at the time of visit and cannot be used retrospectively.

4. Promotional Period
   4.1. Offer valid only on the 2nd October 2026, between 12pm - 3pm, as advertised in-restaurant and on official Bolo channels.
   4.2. Bolo reserves the right to withdraw the offer once allocated promotional stock has been fully redeemed or at closing time on the 2nd October 2026, whichever is sooner.

5. Pasta Selection
   5.1. Offer applies only to the following pasta dishes available on the a la carte menu: THE ORIGINAL, ANTONIO, POLPO, SALSICCIA, AL FORNO, & LIMONE. While stocks last.
   5.2. Menu items are subject to availability.
   5.3. No cash or alternative dish substitution will be offered.
   5.4. No cash alternative is available.

6. Limitations
   6.1. Offer valid for dine-in and pre-book only.
   6.2. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount, set menu, promotion, or third-party voucher.
   6.3. Offer is non-transferable and cannot be resold.
   6.4. Maximum of one free pasta per person while stocks last.
   6.5. Management reserves the right to refuse redemption if fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.

7. Data Protection & Marketing Consent
   7.1. By signing up via the QR code, customers consent to receive marketing communications from Bolo.
   7.2. Personal data will be processed in accordance Bolo's Privacy Policy, available on the official website.
   7.3. Customers may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

8. Alcohol Consumption
   8.1. Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18 or over.
   8.2. Proof of age may be required.
   8.3. Bolo promotes responsible drinking and reserves the right to refuse alcohol service in accordance with licensing laws.
